This senior session had it all, from the sun glowing, light shining through the trees perfectly and not a cloud in the sky. The one thing you may not see is that it was very chilly, but Adeline was a trooper and we had a blast taking pictures. It helped being put in the sun for the glowy shots, because it warmed you right up. Adeline has a busy senior year, between sports, senior activities and planning for her next chapter. On top of all of that, she is also one of my senior reps. I and so honored she wanted to be a part of my Senior Spokesmodel program in addition to all of her other activities.

For Adeline’s senior session, we choose three different locations. The first location we started at was Lower Bidwell Park. This was the perfect location for the light to shine through the trees and get some beautiful greenery as a backdrop in her pictures. The second location was Bidwell Golf Course. There is a spot right next to the golf course that we are able to walk down to an open spot on the river. This location was beautiful, because the trees were beautiful fall colors that lit up with the light from the sun. It was the perfect fall location for her session.

Right next to the river was some tall grass. If you know me I am a sucker for it, because it adds a little texture and photographs beautifully. From here we also walked over to the rock wall pathway next to the river. The last location for Adeline’s senior session was the beginning area of Upper Bidwell Park. In this location we really captured the beautiful sunset.

What is it like to have a senior session with me?

If you are looking for a senior portrait photographer to capture this wonderful season of your life, you may be wondering what is it like to have your senior session with me. I know if I was in your shoes, I would be asking myself the same thing. Every session we are going to personalize it to you and capture your personality in your session. I have a list of approved locations in the area to help you choose, but if you have a location you may want to try I am always up for the adventure. I will help you in finding the best location that will allow you to get images in my style that you love.

I provide all of my seniors a senior style guide to help aid in planning for your session, from outfits, to your hair and makeup. I want you to have the senior session you dreamed of having. Depending on the senior session package you choose, we may have up to two hours together. It may sound like a lot of time, but that is to allow for drive time to multiple locations and for you to change into the different outfits you may be bringing.

I am always available for any questions and style tips along the way. I am always happy to help you choose outfits. You can even text me a picture of what you are wearing!! Yes, you read that correctly. I want you to feel comfortable and confident in your choices. Most importantly we will have a blast from the time you book to the day of your shoot. I want us to feel like friends.
