The experience was excellent from start to finish. Heather provided a contract that outlined the process fully. We set a date and a week before the photo shoot Heather conducted a zoom meeting so she could talk to Ella about her desired location and clothes to bring. The actual photo shoot was wonderful. Heather was very professional but also warm and upbeat with Ella. She helped her with poses making the best of Ella’s beauty and personality. She made Ella comfortable. The photo shoot was in several locations later in the evening as the sun was setting and the pictures turned out beautiful. I would recommend Heather highly – she made the appointment very enjoyable and easy.
