I am so excited that you are interested in choosing me to document your senior year or college life!  I believe in real moments and chasing sunsets. In the kinds of images that remind you of the joy that can be found in the simplest of moments. I believe in images that are itching to be printed, placed in beautiful frames and hung on walls for years to come.

I promise you will feel comfortable, have loads of fun and feel beautiful in all of your images! I can't wait to work with you and and your friends to document this special time. Let's start planning your session today.

This session will be fun and stress free!!

After photographing hundreds of sessions over the past few years, I’ve found that I am not the perfect fit for every senior. That’s why this process begins with a conversation. I want to hear everything you would like to do for your session!!

We’ll get to know one another, talk about the details of what you're looking for in your session, answer any questions you might have about working with me and figure out if we're the best fit for each other.

Once your date is reserved, we'll connect to start chatting about possible locations around campus for your session. I generally recommend choosing one-two locations on campus If you're not sure about where you would like to take your photos but you have a general idea of the look you would like, just let me know because I would be happy to recommend a few locations on campus.

If you want to take pictures off campus I have a few locations for that as well!!

If picking out outfits for photos seems stressful and you panic when you've literally tried on everything in your closet and piled it on your bed but still feels like you have nothing to wear, you're in luck.

I've put together an extensive outfit suggestion guide with tips for you to review and find the perfect outfits for your session.

On the day of your session, we'll connect to make sure the weather still looks like it's going to corporate. We'll exchange numbers and finalize our meeting location.

Plan on your session taking up to 60 minutes unless you have purchased more time.

The SEssion

From your session date, we will set up a day and time for your gallery reveal. This can be completed via zoom and takes place about one-two weeks after your session date.

This makes it easy for everyone to join no matter where they are. This zoom meeting will only be about 10-15 minutes at the most.

I arm proud to offer my clients a variety of ways to turn their images into keepsakes. Wall-mounted canvas prints to decorate your home, beautiful handmade albums and more.

I help you plan and choose the right images to display on your wall. It will be stress free and you will have the memories preserved how you envisioned if you choose to get more.

ask me questions

No one wants to look like a wet dog in their photos so if it looks like it's going to rain, snow, hail or some other weather catastrophe, I'll be in touch via email or phone to reschedule. Often, when we're scheduling your initial portrait session date, if it works for my calendar, we'll actually set up both a main date and a rain date just to make sure we don't have to postpone your session for very long if the weather is bad on the original date.

What do we do if it rains?

questions —

The sooner the better! Senior sessions are scheduled on Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's. My weekends are reserved for weddings and family time. My schedule for seniors fills quickly so the sooner you reach out to me, the more likely you are to get your desired date!
To reserve your date, I'll need a contract as well as the non-refundable retainer. And if something comes up and you need to change your date, just let me know!

How far in advance should we book?

questions —

If picking out outfits for photos takes you to days when you've literally tried on everything in your closet and piled it on your bed but still felt like you had nothing to wear, you're in luck.

I have put together an extensive outfit suggestion guide with tips from clothing tips to hair and makeup.

What should I wear?

questions —

Unless you've modeled professionally, you're probably going to feel awkward in front of the camera. Heck, I take photos for a living and I even feel like a deer in the headlights when I am in front of the camera.

You're going to feel awkward at first, but as the session goes on and I coach you through images, I think you'll find that being photographed can actually be fun and easy. I promise you will feel amazing and confident in your photos!!

I am awkward and don't know how to pose!

questions —

After your session, I will reach out to you to schedule your gallery reveal and ordering appointment. From here we will choose the best collection and keepsakes for you.

This session can be done in person in your home, or via zoom. You don't have to come down to a studio or meet me somewhere. I want you to be comfortable in your own home!!

How will I receive my photos?
