The high school year is ending and the Seniors are getting to move on with graduation. It is exciting to see that graduation is moving forward in some fashion. Even though seating may be limited or it may be over zoom, I am glad the seniors get to have some form of a graduation. They have all worked hard to get there and it is such a special moment for them 🙂 Having a Bidwell Mansion Senior Session was a wonderful way to capture this senior’s achievement.
Addison’s senior session couldn’t have been on a more perfect day. It was beautiful and wonderful weather. She wanted her session to take place around the Bidwell Mansion and Chico State campus. Addison’s session was moved a couple times due to having super windy weather. It seemed like it came out of no where, but it all worked out when it was meant to be. I always love doing a Bidwell Mansion Senior Session. It is such a beautiful setting and such a historical part to our town. It is a great way to capture this moment and have a piece of history captured with it.
Addison is the first senior that I have done portraits for this year, that is staying local. I think it is great. I stayed home to go to a Junior College when I started my college career. Addison has the dream of theater in some form or fashion. Whether it is Broadway or Hollywood, I have no doubt she is going to do wonderful things. I hope to see her some day on the big stage or on the movie screen. During her session we just had a blast and her personality really shined.

Fueled by equal parts coffee and wine, I spend my days capturing the kinds of images that make you stop, smile and ask time to please slow down. Whether it's your story, your love, or your accomplishment I can't wait to capture it in images you will treasure for years to come. I believe in real moments and heartfelt conversations on the front porch. In the kinds of images that remind you of the joy that can be found in the simplest of moments together.
And I can't wait to get to know you!
