Can I just take a moment and say “How adorable are these two”!!! They were a dream to work with, even if it was only for some husband and wife portraits. The two of them had a small wedding last June. Like many other couples, they weren’t able to have the wedding they originally planned for, because of COVID. I was so happy when they were able to model for me while I captured their love in the Almond Blossoms.
After doing this session, they have made me so excited for weddings I have in a couple months. I can’t wait to captures my couples love. Being a wedding photographer is such a honor, because that couple is trusting you to capture on e of the most important days of their lives. This session couldn’t have taken place on a better day in Durham, CA. Almond Blossom Wedding Portraits are a new found love for me. They are just so beautiful. After having these two model for me, it may turn into an annual thing to have some bridal sessions in the blossoms. I mean wouldn’t you do the same?
Especially during a time with COVID, weddings are smaller and you may not be getting those dreamy wedding portraits you always wanted to have. Who says you can’t get dress back up in your wedding attire with your husband to get extra portraits? Or who says you couldn’t even if you had your dream wedding. This is a time that the two of you could have together without the extra stress of the wedding day. And most of all its fun to get dressed back up in your beautiful gown or suit. It almost makes your images more intimate, because it is just the two of you and nothing else matters for that time!
